‍Storage and Handling of Edited Photos:

‍After your visit, we retain your edited photo anonymously for up to 7 years, identified by a unique system-generated image number. These photos are stored locally on secure computers and a backup hard drive in a safe location. This storage ensures easy access for future reorders.

‍Premium Print and File Orders:

‍For premium print and file orders, we might need to share data (image details, contact information, etc.) with our internal order processing team via secure methods like Dropbox or Wetransfer. By placing a premium print or file order, you implicitly consent to this data sharing and agree to our privacy policies.

‍Deletion of Raw Recordings:

‍Raw recordings are deleted within 6-8 months. Should you wish for immediate deletion of your data (raw recordings or edited photos), please contact our on-site staff or email us using the provided address. Please note that immediate deletion will make subsequent reorders impossible.

‍Shop & Stand Orders:

‍For shop or kiosk orders, your transmitted data is temporarily stored in a secure Google Doc, DropBox or Wetransfer document. Your TIFF file is uploaded anonymously via Wetransfer.com, and you receive a download link by email, accessible for 28 days. After successful completion of your order, your personal data is promptly deleted from these sites.

‍Website Purchases:

‍When you make a purchase on our website, we employ SSL encryption for your data security. For purchases through our website, we use a secure payment processor, Stripe, and a Gift Card Company, Giftup.

Only the images and corresponding folder numbers are provided to ensure a seamless editing process.

‍When outsourcing, we carefully select partners who adhere to stringent data protection standards. These companies are committed to treating your images with the utmost confidentiality and using them solely for the purpose of enhancing the quality of our services.
